Employee Selection Process:

Phase I: Questionnaire Submission

Phase II: Initial Interview. Candidates who pass the questionnaire and express interest will be invited for an interview

Phase III: Detailed Professional Interview. Successful candidates from the initial interview undergo further assessment of their professional skills and other qualifications (interviews, additional tasks).

Phase IV: Final Decision-making Phase.
